Workshops en Español: Conectando con mi interior
¿Sentís que te haría bien un espacio para parar y permitirte relajar? ¿Querés tiempo para vos y para conectarte con tu brújula interior?
Con alegría quiero invitarte a un ciclo de encuentros para comprender mejor que pasa dentro tuyo y ser más dueña de tu vida. Siendo más conscientes, podemos tratarnos mejor y así la diaria se vuelve más amable. Te propongo un espacio de reflexión y conexión con vos misma. En un grupo pequeño, y con delicadeza y confidencialidad, reflexionaremos guiados por “maestros” de oriente y occidente.
Compartiré herramientas del coaching ontológico y de comunicación; pondremos énfasis en el poder de las palabras y lo que nos decimos. También usando la sabiduría del yoga, aprenderemos técnicas de respiración y nos conectaremos con el “hermano cuerpo”. De esta forma podrás volver a tu centro y encontrar la calma cuando lo necesites, además de disfrutar más y relacionarte mejor con otros.
Workshops in English/Spanish: Self Love
1. Self love, non violence, compassionate look, listening with presence. We will explore beliefs that block us so that we can start celebrating our beings. We will start becoming happy with whom we are today.
2. Becoming aware of ourselves, the essence and the personality, what is conditioned. We will differentiate what we have learnt from our true nature so that we can be tender to ourselves and feel calmer and acceptance.
3. The body: gratitude and reconciliation. We will start looking at our body with new eyes. When we become more conscious, we will treat it well and accept it as it is. This will give us self confidence and more respect for others.
4. Self observation: we will be more aware of ourselves and our automatic mechanisms. By moving meditation and some simple breathing exercises we will still the mind to allow the being and feel our own presence. We will taste this state so that we can go back there whenever we want to find peace.
5. The inner critique. We will learn a bit about the alarms that our brain created for survival and we will learn how to take advantage of its messages without becoming rules by it. The goal is to slowly catch it before it starts to be loud so that we can be creative and free to experiment and achieve our dreams.
6. Empowering Beliefs and the power of words. We will explore some “truths” which we thought were dogmatic to see if they help us or not in our daily life.
7. The self. From unconscious to conscious. We will get a glimpse of the true nature by breathing techniques and becoming more conscious about our personalities, and our body. In this way we will learn to react less and choose how we want to manage stress and challenging situations.
8. Accepting who I am today: My presence in this world. We will be invited to make an agreement of gratitude and non violence with ourselves. However, knowing that we will make mistakes many times. We will use humor as a resource and learn to take ourselves less seriously to enjoy more.
