As a coach, your local Provincial Union and Club will help support you and provide you with development opportunities. At the beginning of every season you will attend either:
A RugbySmart course (if you are coaching players aged 13 or above), or
A SmallBlacks Coaching Course (if you are coaching players aged 12 and under).
