We offer a handful of mentoring sessions aimed at individuals preparing for and starting out on their career transition into data. All of our sessions are 30 or 60 minute sessions focused on the topic of your choice. We'll get to know you and tailor the mentoring session to suit your needs and where you are in your career. Some common topics we love to help with:
I want to get a data job in a year or more, what should I do now to build those skills...?
I'm actively applying for jobs but don't seem to get any callbacks...
I'm working as a data analyst but want to become a data scientist...
I'm starting my first job as a data scientist, what should I keep in mind...?
Should I take on management responsibilities or stay in an individual contributor role...?
In addition, we offer focused interview prep to help you nail your interviews and asynchronous reviews of application materials.

[$25] This 30 minuted session is a great way to get to know BTL and learn about the career coaching we provide. We can also dig in to a specific career goal or question.
[$50] This 1 hour session can be driven by you and your specific needs and interests. We'll get into the weeds of all of your career questions to help you grow and excel as a data professional
