Coaches Board – Terms of Use

By using Coaches Board, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. About Coaches Board
Coaches Board is a sports coaching application designed to help coaches organize teams, rosters, schedules, playbooks, game plans, and statistics.
2. Coaches Board Pro
Coaches Board offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called Coaches Board Pro. Pro features may include access to the Pro Play Library, uploading your own plays, and exporting statistics.
The subscription is billed monthly through your Apple ID account. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when the purchase is confirmed. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account subscription settings.
3. Purchases and Refunds
In-app purchases and subscriptions made through the iOS app are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable payment and refund policies.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Coaches Board only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
5. Your Content
You are responsible for team information, images, playbook files, and other content you add to Coaches Board. You should only upload content that you have the right to use.
6. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, add, or remove app features as Coaches Board develops. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or operate without interruption.
7. Disclaimer
Coaches Board is provided as a coaching and organizational tool. It does not guarantee athletic, competitive, or other results.
8. Privacy
Your use of Coaches Board is also subject to the Coaches Board Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
