Coaches Board Privacy Policy

Coaches Board respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Coaches Board mobile application.
Information You Provide
Coaches Board may allow you to enter information such as team names, player names, schedules, game statistics, plays, and other coaching-related information. You are responsible for the information you choose to enter into the app.
Photos and Camera
Certain features may request access to your device’s camera or photo library so that you can select, capture, or upload images. Access is only requested when needed for a feature and is subject to your device permissions.
Location
Coaches Board may request access to location information when a feature requires location-based functionality. Location access is subject to your device permissions.
Purchases
Coaches Board offers optional paid features through an auto-renewable subscription. Purchases and subscription management on iOS are processed by Apple. Coaches Board does not directly collect or store your payment card information.
Data Sharing
Coaches Board does not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by platform or service providers when necessary to operate app functionality, process purchases, or provide services requested by you.
Children’s Privacy
Coaches Board is intended as a coaching and team-management tool. Users should only enter information about other individuals when they have the appropriate permission to do so.
Data Security
Reasonable measures are used to help protect information associated with the app. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Advertising and Google AdMob
Coaches Board may display banner advertisements to users of the free version of the app. Pro subscribers do not receive these banner advertisements.
Coaches Board uses Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google. When advertisements are enabled, Google and its advertising partners may collect, use, and process information such as device information, IP address, advertising or app identifiers, and information related to interactions with advertisements for purposes including delivering, measuring, and improving advertising and preventing fraud and abuse.
Where required by applicable law, Coaches Board provides privacy choices regarding advertising and data processing. Users may be asked to provide consent or make privacy choices before advertising data is processed for certain purposes. Where required, users can also reopen their privacy choices from within the app.
Google’s use of information is governed by Google’s applicable privacy policies and advertising policies.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated as Coaches Board develops or its features change. Updates will be posted on this page.
