Everyone starts with the Powerful Progress Circle! It’s a 6-week foundation programme that helps you build strong, sustainable habits and understand what works best for your performance and nutrition goals. Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting a reset.
After completing the Circle, you have the option to move into the Powerful Progress Inner Circle for up to 12-months with fellow alumni, designed to deepen your skills, strengthen consistency, and master your habits over time.
The Inner Circle is for alumni who are ready for long-term support and deeper coaching. You’ll focus on developing mastery of your nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle habits with accountability and community.
Most clients stay for up to one year. Once you feel confident and consistent with your habits, you’ll transition into the Healthy Habit Loop for ongoing accountability and freedom to self-manage your progress.
The Loop is a flexible 28-day rolling programme for long-term alumni. You can start, pause, or pick up anytime, and add your own nutrition and non-nutrition actions — like sleep, movement, or stress management — to suit your lifestyle.
You’ll always have access to coach support through the app and you can also book a 1:1 call every 6–8 weeks for extra accountability or to refocus your goals. You will also have lessons and actions, messages and prompts during your programme to help you to keep moving forwards.
The Premium Options give you extra clarity and momentum whenever you need it. 1:1 Nutrition Coaching Calls provided you a focused, 60-minute session where we clarify your goals, uncover barriers, and create personalised, practical actions using habits, mindset, and nutrition guidance. Body Composition Testing offers you detailed insights into muscle mass, body fat, and hydration with Hume Pod Scales, helping you track progress, celebrate achievements, and stay motivated along the way.
