Snacks can be extremely easy, and I highly encourage you to prepare your snacks for the week, or at least several in advance so you can grab & go. I keep a Larabar and a bag of almond/dried cranberry mix in my purse at all times - you never know when you'll be stuck somewhere unexpectedly.

Veggies & Hummus: 1 cup veggies w/ 1/3 Cup Hummus - you can use any veggies you like such as carrot & cucumber sticks, celery, cherry/grape tomatoes, peppers, or broccoli
Fruit: apple (wedges with almond butter or just plain), pear, orange, grapefruit, peach, plum, small banana, 1 cup of any fruit (or a mix of fruits): blueberries, strawberries, honeydew, cantaloupe, watermelon, kiwi, mango, or pineapple
2 Hardboiled Eggs - boring but EASY. You can add this to your veggie snack, you can drizzle it with balsamic vinegar to add some flavor too. Or just eat the eggs on-the-go - I have!
Healthy Trail Mix: try to make your own to avoid questionable ingredients. Nuts, seeds, and dried fruit (no sugar added if possible) are the base ingredients. You can also add a little granola, popcorn or dark chocolate chips for a treat. Sprinkle with a dash of seat salt and/or cinnamon if you like. If you don't want to make your own, my recommended brands are: Orchard Valley Harvest Cranberry Almond Cashew mix, Archer Farms (Target brand) Cashew Cranberry & Almond Trail Mix or Sunny Cranberry Trail Mix and Emerald 100 calorie packs.
Larabars are the cleanest option I have found for store-bought bars - the original bars are the best - low sugar, few ingredients, no chemicals. My favorites are the Apple Pie, Carrot Cake and Cashew Cookie flavors. I haven't tried RX bars but I hear good things about their ingredients as well.
