INGREDIENTS
12 oz broccoli slaw
1 lb ground beef or turkey
28 oz crushed or diced tomatoes
1/3 c onion, diced
diced veggies (optional, such as pepper, mushrooms, zucchini)
1 garlic clove, minced
1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Handful fresh parsley for garnish
1 Tbsp oil
INSTANT POT DIRECTIONS:
Set pressure cooker to Saute. Once hot, add oil, ground meat, onion, and any other veggies (diced pepper, mushrooms, zucchini, etc). Cook until browned, 3-5 minutes. Add garlic and cook an additional minute. Turn off pressure cooker.
Stir in all remaining ingredients
Close and seal vent. Select high pressure and set time for 9 minutes. Quick release when time is up, stir and serve.
