INGREDIENTS:
8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Marinade:
2/3 cup balsamic vinegar
2/3 cup olive oil
6 T honey
2 T fresh rosemary or parsley
Combine marinade ingredients in a small bowl. Reserve 4T of marinade. Combine the remaining marinade and chicken in a large ziploc bag for at least an hour. Grill chicken over medium to medium-high grill for about 5-6 minutes per side. Brush with the reserved marinade.
