As you know, daily physical activity is important in your life to maintain health. In an effort to track your fitness, I have developed a Google Form for you to use while you are away from school. This is not meant to be taxing on you, simply a way for us to stay in touch regarding your activity level while you are at home. Completing the form will only take you about 5-10 minutes. You should strive to complete 45 minutes of exercise 3 days a week.
The form is easy to use and will ask you several questions about the type of activity you have been doing and will only take a few minutes to complete. Just click on the link below. It is recommended that you complete the form 3 days per week while we are away from school.
Lastly, if you are physically unable to complete any physical activity, there is a 'PE Make up' sheet attached. Again, this is not required this week. But if you would like to make up points from the time previous the break, please feel free to do so. You can email me the make up assignments.
Once again, I hope you all are doing well, stay strong, wash your hands, get some exercise! I will be available via email if you have any questions or concerns.
Lastly, grade boosts are here! Any student completing 3 activities per week will receive a 2 % grade boost for each week they are completed! This is great news for all of yo that are looking to improve your current grade.
