*In order to participate in field trips a student cannot be failing the class less than 60%
*Have no major disciplinary issues/concerns. It is up to the teacher/administration to determine whether or not a student with more than one behavior referral may participate on a field trip.
*Satisfactory attendance determined by the teacher and or administration (this includes excessive tardies and or leaving class without permission)
*Students who do not meet these requirements may be denied the opportunity to participate in field trips throughout the year.
Parent volunteers for field trips please review information below, we are not allowed to have chaperones without a clearance of background checks through APS. The application and instructions below are what is needed to start and finish the process.
