Terms of Use

1. General Provisions 1.1. This Terms of Use Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the developer (hereinafter referred to as the "Right Holder") and the user (hereinafter referred to as the "User") of the Coach Assistant mobile application for iOS (hereinafter referred to as the "App"). 1.2. Installing the App on the User's mobile device or using its functionality constitutes the User's full and unconditional agreement with the terms of this Agreement. 1.3. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Agreement, they must stop using the App and delete it from their device.

2. Subject of the Agreement 2.1. The Right Holder grants the User a simple (non-exclusive) license to use the App for its intended purpose, namely for automating sports club management, tracking athletes, attendance, finances, and events. 2.2. The license is granted for the duration of the App's use worldwide.

3. Registration and Account 3.1. To access the full functionality of the App, the User may need to create an account. 3.2. The User agrees to provide accurate data during registration and keep it up to date. 3.3. The User is personally responsible for the security of their login and password, as well as for all actions performed under their account.

4. App Functionality and Limitations 4.1. The App provides tools for maintaining an athlete database, tracking attendance, inventory (equipment), and expenses. 4.2. "Statistics" and "Ranking" sections: The App automatically calculates athlete rankings based on event results. The algorithm awards points exclusively for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places, taking into account the tournament's specific difficulty multiplier. The App allows exporting both the Top-10 athletes and the complete ranking list. The Right Holder ensures the correct operation of the built-in algorithms but is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect initial tournament data entered by the User. 4.3. "Payment" section: The App provides tools for internal analytical tracking of payments and financial statistics. The App is not a payment system and does not facilitate direct money transfers between bank accounts. 4.4. The User is prohibited from:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App's source code or database servers.

• Using the App to distribute malicious software or illegal content.

• Copying, modifying, or creating derivative products based on the App's interface or code without the explicit permission of the Right Holder.

5. Subscriptions and Payments (In-App Purchases) 5.1. The basic functionality of the App may be provided for free. Advanced features may be available via a paid subscription model through the Apple App Store in-app purchase mechanism. 5.2. Payment will be charged to the User's Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. 5.3. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions can be managed in the User's Apple ID account settings. 5.4. Refunds for in-app purchases are governed by Apple's standard rules and refund policies.

6. Limitation of Liability 6.1. The App is provided on an "as is" basis. The Right Holder does not guarantee that the App will meet the User's individual expectations or work uninterrupted on all versions of operating systems. 6.2. The Right Holder is not liable for data loss caused by the User, failures in the User's device, or lack of Internet connection.

7. Changes to the Terms of the Agreement 7.1. The Right Holder reserves the right to amend this Agreement. The new version takes effect from the moment it is published in the App or on the official website. 7.2. Continued use of the App after changes have been made constitutes the User's acceptance of the revised Agreement.
