We study on antifungal drug resistance of pathogenic fungi using genomics and molecular biotechnology.

Plant Disease Resistance and Fungal Pathogenesis

We study on plant-pathogen interaction using the plant and fungal genome editing tools (e.g. CRISPR-Cas9 system) and generate plant resistant lines against fungal pathogens.

Beneficial Microbes

We screen and characterize bacterial and fungal isolates to find the best biocontrol agents and apply the agents to control plant diseases in the field.
