I haven't received an email confirmation? or I haven't received a pickup email?
First thing to do would be to check your junk folder! Sometimes our emails get sent to junk/spam when they aren't supposed to! If you have no email from us, you can always reach out with your name and student number! Sometimes things are delayed and/or an error has occured. We monitor the email quite regularly and are always excited to answer emails from you!
You may additionally not have recieved a pickup email, as the pickup window hasn't opened yet! So stay tuned and if you have questions, please reach out!
I've selected cash/e-transfer for my payment method, can I switch even after I've submitted my order form?
Yes you can! You will receive an order confirmation from us to which you can reply with any changes you wish to make (i.e., change of vinyl color, design number, payment method) we kindly that you email us as soon as possible should any modifications to your original order be required. We do ask that you double check your order form before submissions to prevent any possible errors from occuring.
However, once payment is received, no design or colour options can be changed, as production would have started!
Since you have multiple merch drops, will each drop only be available for a limited amount of time?
The merch drops are only open/available for a limited amount of time. Please see the Drop Schedule on the home page for more details.
