Care Instructions/Warranty

As per our vinyl companies recommendations:

• Wash in warm or cold water, NOT HOT

• Dry on normal - NOT HIGH heat

We additionally recommend washing inside out so no hooks or zippers catch on the vinyl.

• The product is a stainless steel tumbler, with permanent vinyl decor. 

• These CANNOT be placed in the dishwasher. They are HAND-WASH only. 

• Do NOT let them soak in the water

• Please ensure that you are washing the outside with a SOFT sponge, and do not leave them in hot water for extended periods of time, as it can break the sealant down.

• • CNS Does not hold any liability to product that is damaged after pickup

EXCEPTION:

• • Should your product be ruined within 10 days of pickup, due to manufacture error, we will replace it ONCE. 

    • In this case the damaged product must be returned to us to inspect. 

    • This exception rule will not apply to the replacement product. 

• • Should your product be INCORRECT

    • CNS will reproduce the product originally wanted. 

      • We apologize in advance if there are mistakes. We are human!

Note: Manufacture error represents when the product is ruined during wear, specifically when a WHOLE letter peels off.

• This does not include damage from washing or other circumstances

  • If only part of a letter peels off, it is typically from incorrect washing, and this warranty is void.
