Accommodation at IITK campus
- Students will be provided accommodation in students' hostel free of cost.
- Faculty members and post-docs may avail the guest house facilities inside IITK campus by paying the room-rent at the time of check-out as per the rate-chart given below.
- The accommodation will be available only from 11th December, 2019 to 15th December, 2019 and the policy of ''24 hour check out'' will be followed. The conference ends at 1:00 pm on 15th December.
- Allotment of accommodation will be strictly based on availability.
- Accommodation charges may be waived based on availability of funds.
- The preferences regarding accommodation will be solicited during the registration process starting 5th September, 2019.
