Following this training and workshop we recommend you and your team develop an action plan with an assessment and recommendations. The steps below are baselines and must be adapted to the needs of every organization.
1. Identify issues important in the lives and community of your organization, and recommend a decision making process to decide which one to address first.
2. Research the chosen issue and set recommendations to change or improve the situation.
3. Develop a plan of action, including determining a goal for change; identifying who or what body in the organization has power to make the change; and deciding how to approach that person or body of the organization.
5. Set markers to reflect on the effort in order to understand successes, challenges, and ways to continue learning in the future.
