When we are in pain, what is the first thing we do? We touch and rub the painful areas. Touching, massaging, and applying oils to the body can help soothe pain and give some pain relief. We also must cleanse the body, and we do so by applying oils to our bodies each day in the shower, bath, and when washing our faces.
