CNA Ready is an educational tool designed to support certified nursing assistant students with study materials, clinical preparation, and exam review. The App is not intended for real patient care, clinical decision-making, diagnosis, or treatment.
All content provided in CNA Ready is for educational purposes only.
The App does not replace professional medical judgment, clinical training, or instructor guidance.
Users must not rely on the App for:
Real patient care
Clinical decisions
Medical advice or treatment
By using CNA Ready, you agree to:
Use the App only for lawful and educational purposes
Not enter real patient information or personally identifiable health data
Not misuse, copy, or distribute App content without permission
Ensure submitted work complies with your school’s academic integrity policies
All content, features, and functionality in CNA Ready—including text, tools, layouts, and design—are the property of Nurse Ready and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute content for commercial purposes
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Nurse Ready offers subscription-based access:
Subscriptions are billed through your app store account
Pricing and billing terms are displayed at the time of purchase
Subscription management and cancellations must be handled through your app store settings
No refunds are provided except as required by law or app store policy.
We reserve the right to:
Modify or discontinue features at any time
Update content to improve accuracy and usability
Temporarily suspend access for maintenance or updates
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CNA Ready and its creators shall not be liable for:
Academic outcomes or grades
Clinical performance or errors
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App
Use of CNA Ready is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
These Terms of Use may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
