Thank you for using CNAReady. Please review the following policy regarding subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds.
CNA Ready offers subscription-based access billed monthly. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device.
Pricing and subscription terms are clearly displayed at the time of purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s app store settings.
Cancellation prevents future charges
Access will remain available until the end of the current billing period
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription
Refunds are not issued directly by CNA Ready.
All refund requests are handled by the app store through which the purchase was made and are subject to their respective policies:
Apple App Store: Refund requests must be submitted through Apple’s support system
Google Play Store: Refund requests are subject to Google Play’s refund policies
We do not guarantee refunds and cannot override app store decisions.
Refunds may be issued only where required by law or applicable app store policy.
If you experience technical problems that prevent access to CNA Ready, please contact support. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly but this does not guarantee a refund.
We reserve the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
