Entry Requirements
- For pupils aged 5 years old by June 2018:
- Proof of Birth: Original PSA or NSO Birth Certificate
- For pupils who will turn 5 years old by March 31, 2019
- Proof of Birth: Original PSA or NSO Birth Certificate
- must pass the Early Childhood Care and Development Checklist (to be administered by the Teacher and validated by the DepEd Supervisor)

Entry Requirements:
- Must be a kindergarten completer. Present Kindergarten Completion Certificate
- For pupils aged 6 by August 31, 2018 but did not complete kindergarten, the pupil must pass the Early Childhood Care and Development Checklist (to be administered by the Teacher)
