Cumcumraas-Manggaddi-Pitpitac Elementary School is a public elementary school situated in Brgy. 24 Sumader, City of Batac, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. The school was established in 1960 and was formerly known as Cumcumraas Primary School. It offered Kinder to Grade 4 basic education curriculum in the past 58 years. Due to the growing population within the catchment area of the school specifically of the three sitios: Cumcumraas, Manggaddi, and Pitpitac, the school started transitioning as a complete elementary school in 2016 by accepting Grade 5 enrollees. In school year 2017-2018, the first batch of Grade 6 pupils marched in the first graduation ceremonies of the school. In 2018, the school was finally renamed Cumcumraas-Manggaddi-Pitpitac Elementary School by virtue of City Ordinance No. 4SP2018-02.

Today, the school caters to more than 100 learners from Kinder to Grade 6. There are also currently 7 regular -permanent teachers assigned in the school under the leadership of its designated Officer-in-Charge.
