Registration

Bachelors Students(B.Sc./B.Tech.), Masters Students(M.Sc./M.Tech.), BS-MS Students, Integrated-PhD Students, PhD Student, Post. Doctoral Fellows and Faculty (Assistant Prof./Associate Prof./Prof.) are welcome to register using the link below. Highly motivated BSc students are encouraged to register as well.

Participants are encouraged to present their work through either poster presentations or oral presentations. Please submit the title and abstract using the template provided during registration.

All students of Presidency University, Kolkata, are required to register themselves as well, whether they wish to attend the event as audience members or present their work. 

Please note that outstation participants will not receive accommodation or travel support.

Note 1: Registration Fees includes Admission to Scientific Sessions, Conference Materials, Tea/Coffee and Lunch & Certificate of Attendance.

Note 2: Participants are encouraged to submit their abstracts and indicate their preferred mode of presentation. However, please note that the Scientific Organising Committee will make the final decision regarding the mode and selection of presentations.

Note 3:  We are NOT providing any accommodation, outstation candidates can stay in nearby hotels.

Note 4 : No on-spot registration is available.
