Notes:

1. Lunch and certificates will be provided only to full-day participants.

2. CPD credits apply exclusively to registered nurses for nursing license renewal.

General Policies

• Children (including infants) are not permitted at any conference events.

• The recording or transmission of educational sessions in any format is strictly prohibited.

• The official language of the conference is Khmer.

• Participants are expected to dress appropriately.

Photography/Videography Notice

• Professional photographers and videographers will document the conference. The photos and videos may be used for event promotion, publications, or other materials intended for public release.

• By attending the event, participants are deemed to have consented to the use of images or videos in which they appear. No compensation will be provided for such use.

• Participants who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must immediately inform both the photographer/videographer and the conference staff at the time of filming or photography.
