American College of Music

A dedicated musician, educator, and clinician/adjudicator, Ben A. Ubovich taught instrumental music at San Marino High School where he was also the music coordinator. He is, currently, the President and CEO of the American College of Music, a private online graduate college for music educators. Prior collegiate appointments include adjunct instructor for music education/philosophy, music theory, and research. Additionally, Ubovich is also a clinician and adjudicator for the California School Band and Orchestra Association. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Music Pedagogy from the American Conservatory of Music where he completed his dissertation, Utilization and Effectiveness of Technology in Music Education (2015). He also holds a Master of Music in Saxophone Performance and a Master of Arts in Educational Technology from California State University, Los Angeles, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from San Diego State University.
