Welcome to ClueUp, an AI-powered academic assistant developed by Octomod. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ClueUp mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ClueUp, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are under the age of 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of your uploaded documents. However, you grant ClueUp a limited license to analyze and generate feedback based on your content. We do not share or sell your content to third parties.
