🔒 Request Account & Data Deletion – ClueUp

At ClueUp, we value your privacy and empower you with full control over your personal data. This page provides clear instructions on how to delete your account and what happens to your information after deletion.

🧾 How to Request Deletion

To delete your ClueUp account and associated data, please send a request from your registered email address to:

Include your ClueUp-registered email address in the body of the message.

📁 What Will Be Deleted

Once your request is verified and processed, the following data will be permanently deleted:

• Your ClueUp account credentials
  
  

• All uploaded documents
  
  

• AI-generated analysis and feedback history
  
  

• Saved preferences and profile information
  
  

• Linked device ID
  
  

⏳ Processing Time

Your request will be processed within 7 business days. Once the process is complete, you’ll receive an email confirmation that your account has been deleted.

📌 What May Be Temporarily Retained

To maintain platform integrity and prevent misuse, ClueUp may retain the following data for up to 30 days:

• Device ID and usage metadata (non-identifiable)
  
  

• Anonymous system logs
  
  

• Aggregated performance metrics (not linked to your account)
  
  

This data is automatically purged after the retention period and cannot be used to identify you.

All data handled by ClueUp is protected by advanced encryption protocols and is stored securely. Deleted data is never shared with third parties and is not recoverable after deletion.
