By downloading or using CluePhone: Detective Game ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, for your own entertainment. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies to your use of the app.
All cases, characters, names, phones, messages, photos, and events in the app are entirely fictional. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, or to real events is purely coincidental. The app is a work of interactive fiction for entertainment; it is not a real investigation tool and must not be used to monitor, track, or investigate real people.
The app offers an optional auto-renewing subscription ("CluePhone Pro") that unlocks premium cases and questions.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region. Where required by law, you may be entitled to a refund from Apple; refund requests are handled by Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
The app, including its name, artwork, stories, text, and software, is owned by the developer and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the app, or use its name or artwork, without prior written permission.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app; not to use it in any unlawful way; and not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or content servers.
We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the app (including downloadable cases and features) at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which you live.
