OUR PHILOSOPHY

We are a Junior Olympic volleyball program designed to teach and improve individual and  team-building skills through practices and tournament participation. Our goals include teambuilding and individual skill development. We aim to challenge players while providing  an enjoyable player and family experience. We also aim to develop players to display a positive attitude, work ethic, teamwork, discipline, and responsibility. We believe that teambuilding leads to success on the court and off.

Our coaches have high school and club coaching experience.  Coaches also have a vested interest in the Duluth East High School program as alumni, parents, and teachers. We also believe in developing new coaches by pairing them with experienced coaches and encouraging continued education in coaching. 

Mission Statement: Providing opportunity for students to participate in the sport of volleyball and to advance the competitive level of Eastern Duluth volleyball.

Vision: Through a positive and encouraging club environment Club Hounds and Duluth East volleyball will be competitive at the local, regional, state levels.
