Join us for an outdoor, masked summer camp this summer out of our Greensville location. It is a gated back yard with tree canopy shade in the morning.
We will have similar flexibility as our current Beacon: come for an hour or stay for the mornng!
$10 per hour or $25 for the morning. Siblings will continue to be a flat $10 rate regardless of length of stay after the first child.
Summer Beacon is filled with stories, games, outside play (we have dirt kitchen area, play structure, dome climber, ninja line and screened in trampoline) and of course… crafts!
Our running hours will be 9:30-12pm Monday to Thursday. Our first week will be July 2nd - 4th. Ages are 4+ (or the option for younger with a parent staying).

All classes take place at CBY Academy of Performing Arts
in Waterdown, Ontario

- CBY has surgically clean air Jade units in the main room to deliver approx 12 ACHs, a MERV 13 HEPA filter in their 1 year old ventilation system, and run ventilation boost mode at all times
- Two single occupancy bathrooms with ventilation
- Myself and all children will wear N95s or equivalent (I have fit-tested my masks)
- Self-screening expected of all before each class with the option to reschedule or join in virtually (for Beacon Academy)
- Regular rapid testing (3x a week)
- Fully up to date on vaccinations
- Emphasis on general hygiene
- The core belief that Covid is an airborne virus that can be mitigated through manageable protections and a heavy emphasis on clean air.
