Payment Information

Payment in full or a deposit will be required prior to confirming dates on my schedule.

Your dates are not confirmed until your initial invoice is paid.

Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: If you cancel your service at least 7 days before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

50% Credit: For cancellations made between 6 and 3 days before your appointment, you will receive a credit of 50% of all payments that have been made as a credit on your account for your next booking.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or credits for cancellations made with less than 3 days notice.

Please understand that we often schedule our services based on your booking and cancellations with short notice can make it difficult to fill the open time slot.

This was our first time leaving our dog and Megan was amazing. She put my mind at ease and I felt confident and comfortable with her from our very first text. She updated us with photos and videos throughout the trip that made us smile and enjoy our vacation even more. Megan is a great communicator and funny too. We'd never left our dog with someone we didn't know before but we would absolutely leave her with Megan again. Somehow I miscalculated how much food to send and sent a couple days too little. She researched a similar food, went to a local store and got her a sample pack and then checked in with me about it.
