Pet Waste Stations and Signage - Design Plan and Installation
Your board members are dog lovers (and owners) too! Your HOA VOLUNTEER board planned, designed, and installed a total of 13 pet waste disposal and/or sign locations as designated below in the live map. Since the installation, we have seen a marked decrease in the piles of dog excrement. Our estimate is that at least 80% effectiveness has been achieved and beyond what was expected. In coordination with DoodyCalls and Ron Cooper (local franchisee), we did multiple on-site surveys to assess the existing problem and determine the best locations for waste stations and additional signage.
The project goal was to have high quality, low-maintenance installations that would be evenly dispersed throughout the community. A balance of effectiveness and aesthetic blending into the surroundings was of main concern. That goal was achieved to 100% and increases the quality of life for Cloverdale Overlook residents! We are in the process of adding more photos. The categories of these installation types are listed here:

In addition, we have contracted with the local 5-star franchise of DoodyCalls led by Ron Cooper to clear the bins on a weekly basis. They also led the site survey/study, offered design expertise, and performed the installation. They did a super job, are highly professional, and a class act! Just look at the results for yourself. DoodyCalls is also the same vendor contracted for our weekly litter patrol.
