CloudCounter is a habit tracking application designed exclusively for adults aged 18 and above. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content on our platform.
### Age Requirements
- **Minimum Age**: 18 years old
- **Verification**: App is rated for 18+ in Google Play Store
- **Target Audience**: Adults seeking habit tracking and cessation support tools
### Safety Measures
#### User Authentication
- Users can optionally sign in using Google authentication
- Social features requiring Google sign-in include:
- Chat messaging between users
- Video calls (cloud rooms)
- Shared stash features
- Anonymous users have access to personal tracking features only
#### Content Reporting System
Users can report inappropriate content or concerning behavior through:
- **In-App Reporting**: Long-press any message to report directly
- **Email Reports**: Reports are sent to mcarthur.sp@gmail.com
- **Response Time**: All reports are reviewed within 48 hours
- **Action Taken**: Violating accounts may be suspended or terminated
#### Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Content sexualizing minors
- Grooming behavior or inappropriate contact with minors
- Any content that exploits or harms children
### Reporting Obligations

1. User reports content via in-app reporting feature
2. Report is immediately forwarded to designated safety contact
3. Content is reviewed within 48 hours
4. If CSAE content is identified:
- Content is immediately removed
- User account is suspended
- Report filed with appropriate authorities
- Evidence preserved for law enforcement

- Reported content is preserved indefinitely for legal compliance
- User data is retained while account is active
- Users can delete their account and associated data at any time
- CSAE-related reports and evidence are retained as required by law
