Period Product Drive in Massachusetts
It's officially Back to School season! We remember to donate pencils, pens, and notebooks, but what about menstrual products?
This September, Closing the Gap is bringing menstrual equity beyond the podcast and into our community! We are partnering with Dignity Matters to host a period product drive to collect essential menstrual products and help make them more accessible to those experiencing period poverty.
Dignity Matters is a nonprofit organization based in Westborough, MA. In 2025, they distributed almost 4 million items to individuals in need across Massachusetts. Each month, they serve over 18,000 individuals, providing them with the menstrual products they need to stay clean, healthy, and comfortable.
