Conestoga College has a growing group of faculty and staff dedicated to incorporating OERs and Open Pedagogy in their teaching practice. Some have adopted or adapted OERs independently, while others have connected with Library Services for support. Library Services and Conestoga’s Teaching and Learning Department work closely together to support Open initiatives and advocacy at the college.

Fanshawe College has been engaged in OER activity since early 2019 at a grass roots level. Supported by funding from eCampus Ontario, the Fanshawe Library and Learning Commons has established an OER Design Studio. The Design Studio supports faculty in researching, adopting and creating open education resources (OER’s). Review the site below to see more information on adoptions and creations of OER.
