Hi! I'm Sebastian "Clipsy" Seabound, a visual marketing artist originally from Calgary, Alberta. I moved to Lethbridge in 2015 & instantly fell in love with this beautiful city. I've been doing Real Estate Photography since the end of 2018 & have carved out an unique voice with my very specific photography style.

I specialize in magazine-quality "highlight" images, & focus on presenting stunning presentations for any property -- big or small! 

Although I started with photography, over the years I expanded to offer a full range of services & have created a distinguished style with my videography work as well.

I am now fluent in photography, videography, flight photography & flight videography. My work shines when I am given creative control & allowed to showcase the property in an artistic way -- simple "point & shoot" or "phone-it-in" is not in my repertoire! I love what I do, & if you give me a chance, I bet you will, too!

Of course, I also offer the standard RMS measurements & Virtual Tour packages, along with Virtual Staging & Clutter Removal for houses that need a little extra help to look presentable. You might be surprised how great I can make anything look!
