Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled ride time. Follow parking attendants' directions and unload horses only in designated areas. Keep driveways and emergency access lanes clear at all times.
Clinics will proceed during light rain unless conditions become unsade. In the event of severe weather, participants will be notified by email and social media as early as possible regarding delays, postponements, or cancellations.
Registration fees are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Clinics for Cause. Requests for exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Volunteers should arrive early, wear comfortable closed-toed shoes, and check with the Volunteer Coordinator upon arrival. Assignments may include registration, hospitality, gate assistance, parking, arena setup, awards, and cleanup.
Can I audit without riding?
Yes, if auditor registration is available.
May I bring family members?
Yes, spectators are welcome unless otherwise noted.
Will food be available?

Can I switch ride times?
