1. What is PhilHealth Konsulta Package?

PhilHealth Konsulta, or Konsultasyong Sulit Tama, is a comprehensive outpatient benefit program mandated by the Universal Health Care Law in the Philippines. It aims to promote health, identify health risks early and ensure early diagnosis and treatment.

2. Who can avail of the PhilHealth Konsulta Package?

All Filipinos and their qualified dependents are eligible. Registration to a Konsulta provider is required.

3. What services can I avail from the Konsulta Package?

 ✅ Free Selected Laboratory and Diagnostic Exams

 ✅ Free Selected Medicines

Examinations and medicines provided under the Konsulta Package are subject to the recommendation and assessment of a PhilHealth Konsulta-accredited Primary Care Provider (PCP) during your consultation.

IMPORTANT: Bring the following when availing your Konsulta Package:

• Valid PhilHealth ID or number

• Valid government-issued ID

• Any supporting medical records, if applicable

5. How can I register my dependent/s in the Konsulta Program? 

Step 1: Visit any Clinica Prime branch nearest you:

1. • Clinica Prime Oakridge (Oakridge Business Park, Mandaue City)

   • Clinica Prime Consolacion (Orosia Food Park, Consolacion)

   • Clinica Prime Mactan (City Time Square, Mactan)

Step 2: Proceed to our Konsulta Booth and fill out the PKRF (PhilHealth Konsulta Registration Form)

• Indicate "Dependent", and provide their PIN and details

• You (the member) must sign the form

Step 3: Submit the Form and Wait for Confirmation

• Submit your PKRF to our Konsulta Personnel

• Our staff will input your dependent's details into the PhilHealth System (POS-URS). Wait for the confirmation within a few minutes.

Step 4: Receive Confirmation Slip or Printout

• You will be provided with a registration slip or a QR-coded proof that your dependent is successfully enrolled.

Step 5: Your Dependent Can Now Avail the Konsulta Services

IMPORTANT: Make sure to bring the registration slip during your dependent's First Patient Encounter (FPE). The FPE is required to avail the FREE Konsulta Services (consultations, selected laboratory/diagnostic tests, selected medicines).

6. What happens during First Patient Encounter (FPE)?

The following steps are done during FPE:

✅ Verification of Membership

• We will verify your PhilHealth registration and confirm that Clinica Prime is your chosen Konsulta provider. 

✅ Initial Health Screening

• We will check your vital signs and take note of your basic medical history. 

✅ Creation of Konsulta Record 

• We will create your personal health profile and securely store it in the PhilHealth Konsulta system.
