By downloading, installing, or using Remo: Universal TV Remote, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use or immediately uninstall the application. These Terms incorporate Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
Remo: Universal TV Remote is a universal remote control utility that provides:
• Remote control for popular smart TV and streaming platforms (such as Samsung, LG, Sony, TCL, Roku, Fire TV, Android TV / Google TV, and Chromecast) over your local Wi-Fi network.
• Screen mirroring from your iPhone or iPad to your TV.
• Casting photos and videos from your device to the big screen.
• Voice control, touchpad navigation, and a full keyboard for easy text input.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" for your personal, non-commercial use.
Certain premium features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase processed through Apple In-App Purchase:
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
All payments, renewals, and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms.
You agree to:
• Use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your local regulations.
• Only control TVs and devices that you own or are authorized to operate; you must not use this app to interfere with devices belonging to others without their explicit consent.
• Not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, modify, or extract the source code of the app.
The app supports a wide range of smart TV brands and streaming devices, but we do not guarantee compatibility with every TV model, firmware version, or streaming platform. Older TV models or devices with outdated firmware may not be discoverable or may support only limited functions.
Your iPhone or iPad and your TV must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network for the app to function. Connection stability, discovery speed, and mirroring quality depend on your router, network conditions, and TV hardware.
Screen mirroring may exhibit slight latency or reduced quality depending on network bandwidth and TV processing capability. Certain DRM-protected content (such as some streaming service videos) may not be mirrored due to platform restrictions.
Samsung, LG, Sony, TCL, Roku, Fire TV, Android TV, Google TV, Chromecast, and all other brand names are trademarks of their respective owners. This app is an independent product and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any TV manufacturer or streaming platform.
The free version of the app is supported by advertising. By using the app, you agree to the display of banner, interstitial, or rewarded ads within the interface. Upgrading to Premium removes ads.
All original content, features, user interface design, logos, and proprietary technology within Remo: Universal TV Remote are the exclusive property of the developer or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any portion of the app without our prior written consent.
We are not responsible or liable for:
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.
• Failure to connect to, discover, or control any particular TV or streaming device.
• Any changes made to your TV settings, or any content played on your TV, as a result of commands sent through the app.
• Performance issues, network interruptions, or battery drain caused by continuous screen mirroring or casting.
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to some or all features of the app at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these terms.
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of Remo: Universal TV Remote following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
