Parents and teachers a speak and share about how the mental health of family can be deeply and seriously damaged by

parent’s and children’s screen time and how it influences the quality of the relationship between family members. Reflecting on this topic, we need to start from adults – as those ones who have more responsibilities in families, no matter how much and how often they are (or are not) on-line. Understanding and knowing

what belongs to adults' responsibilities can be encouraging for parents to learn and understand their relationships with children better. And then – if they don’t likewhat they see, but they are able to take responsibility – there is a chance to change the quality of that relationship.
