These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services and website of Cleveland Pro Painters (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By contacting us, requesting an estimate, hiring us for services, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

Services

Cleveland Pro Painters provides residential and commercial painting and related services, including but not limited to: painting, water-damage repair, interior painting, exterior painting, commercial painting, and painting contracting in and around Cleveland, OH. The specific services to be performed, materials to be used, and project details will be described in your written estimate or service agreement.

All work is performed during normal business hours unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Estimates and Proposals

Any estimate we provide, whether verbal or written, is based on the information available at the time of inspection. Estimates are not binding until accepted by you and confirmed in writing by us. If conditions differ from what was originally visible or described (such as hidden damage, structural issues, or additional repairs needed), we may revise the estimate and obtain your approval before proceeding.

Scheduling and Access

Once you accept our estimate, we will schedule your project as soon as reasonably possible. Project start and completion dates are estimates and may change due to weather, material availability, access issues, or other factors beyond our control.

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property, including interior spaces, exterior areas, and utility connections necessary to complete the work.

Pricing, Deposits, and Payment

Prices will be stated in your estimate or service agreement. We may require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon substantial completion of the project unless otherwise specified.

Payments are due as stated on your invoice. Late payments may be subject to fees or interest as permitted by law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate work if payment terms are not met.

Changes, Delays, and Cancellations

Any changes to the scope of work requested after acceptance of the estimate (for example, additional rooms, different products, or extra repairs) may result in additional charges and extended timelines. All changes must be agreed to by both parties, preferably in writing.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible. We may retain a portion of your deposit to cover costs incurred if work has already begun or materials have been purchased.

Workmanship and Materials

We aim to provide quality workmanship using appropriate materials for the job. Specific brands or products may vary depending on availability unless explicitly stated in the estimate.

Minor imperfections and normal touch-up needs are expected in painting work. We will address reasonable concerns identified during the final walkthrough. Any warranty on workmanship or materials will be described in your estimate or service agreement. Normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, and issues caused by underlying structural or moisture problems are not covered.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Removing or safely securing delicate, valuable, or personal items from work areas.

• Informing us of any known issues such as leaks, mold, electrical hazards, or structural concerns.

• Ensuring children and pets are kept away from work areas for safety.

We are not responsible for damage to items left in work areas that should reasonably have been removed or protected by the owner.

Website Use and Content

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is owned or licensed by Cleveland Pro Painters and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our permission.

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cleveland Pro Painters is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services or website. Our total liability for any claim related to services provided will not exceed the amount you paid for those specific services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in or for Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
