The Cleveland Art Game invites anybody to participate in an ongoing experiment in open system art-making, experiential learning, and spontaneous collaboration. Prompted tasks drive the game, asking players to engage in various micro acts of creativity, collaboration, and learning. This network of players aims to transform a variety of generative task-driven activity into a shared, evolving work of social art, shaped by participation across the city.

At intervals, players gather at meetups or feasts to share what has emerged before starting a new iteration. Every iteration concludes with a feast.

The prompt tasks are distributed from the web app, or by players, or in the mode of one-to-many via our Instagram or Facebook pages.
