Cleveland enforces the wearing of the Australian Scout Uniform. When first joining, this is what needs to be purchased*:
Scout Shirt (colour respective to the section joining, see below) - worn tucked into sand trousers or shorts.
Black or brown footwear
Other items recommended but not necessary:
Scout Trousers - these can be substituted with any sand coloured trouser or short.
The Scout shirt may be worn to section meetings when recieved, however it is requested that the Scarf is not to be worn until the member has been Invested as an affirmed member of The Scout Association of Australia, Queensland Branch Inc.

Badges are to be sewn onto the uniform as awarded in the correct place.

It is expected that reasonable hast is to be taken to make sure badges are sewn on and your uniform is up to date when being awarded new badges.
Important note - The Scout Uniform is one of two uniforms in Australia that is permitted to wear the Australian Flag. The other uniform being those of Defence Force Personnel. In this regard, the uniform is to be worn with utmost pride and respect at all times, and the wearer must demonstrate adherence to The Scout Promise and Law, as affirmed upon their Investiture Ceremony.

We encourage inclusiveness in Scouting, and will be able to support you by making sure your child is in uniform for their Investiture, should support be required.
