Within Jamaica's local Animation and Game Development Industries there are a few jobs/roles that are being explored at the moment and even fewer that the general public that want to get in know about. As a result we poses a multitude of individuals learning the very same roles leaving alot of untapped market area that could help our economy grow more developed and let others find the jobs/roles that there strengths can be greatly explored in.

The Field Initiative Programme was created as a means of fascilitating training courses to meet that goal in mind, by having proffessionals who are trained in a specific job/role of the industry train a pod of individuals on what it takes, and how to monetize that skill on a global scale.
