Welcome to my website!
I am a fourth-year PhD student at Paris School of Economics and Sorbonne Economic Center (Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University), working under the supervision of Nicolas Jacquemet and Maël Lebreton.
I graduated from Paris School of Economics with a Master in Economics and Psychology.
My main focus is the investigation of gender differences in confidence, and how they impact different labor market outcomes, such as the access to competitive and leadership positions. I also work on bridging rigorous lab-based methods with large-scale, AI-integrated online experiments—co-developing and piloting Google’s Deliberate Lab platform to study and mitigate gender disparities in leadership aspirations.
I visited the Department of Economics at Monash University during the Fall of 2024.
