CleanMax - AI Storage Cleaner (“CleanMax,” “the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and third parties to do the same.

This DMCA Copyright Policy explains how copyright owners may report material associated with the App that they believe infringes their rights.

1. Scope

CleanMax is a device storage cleaning and file management application. It helps users review and manage files already stored on their own devices.

The App does not provide a public platform for users to upload, publish, distribute, or share their personal photos, videos, documents, or other files with other users.

4. Review and Response

8. User Files Stored on the Device

CleanMax may scan, organize, compress, or delete files selected by the user on their own Android device.

We do not claim ownership of users’ personal photos, videos, documents, contacts, or other device files.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to possess, copy, compress, edit, manage, or delete files processed through the App.

CleanMax does not monitor personal device files for copyright infringement and does not receive copies of locally processed files through the App’s core cleaning features.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The App may use or link to third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms, copyright policies, and complaint procedures.

Copyright complaints regarding material controlled solely by a third party should be sent directly to that provider.
