Volunteers' Notebook

CLEAN (Phils.) Inc. is a civic-radio club organized in 1989 under the framework of Police-Civilian partnership scheme where it enabled us to establish various Chapters throughout the island of Mindanao.

In 1994, cognizant on the potential growth and part of its philosophy to replicate the mission and vision of CLEAN 10 in other parts of the country, the first National MOA was formally signed by then PNP Director General Umberto Rodriguez.

In April 17, 1995, came the renewal of the National MOA and the formal signing of the Declaration of CLEAN PHILS. INC. as the official National Civilian Volunteer Organization of the PNP for radio communications. The document was signed by PNP Chief Recaredo Sarmiento II and CLEAN Philippines Inc. National President during the special visit of the latter in Cagayan de Oro City.
