1. The new set of Chapter Officers shall conduct its Chapter Planning Meeting on January 20, 2024, Saturday at 12:30 PM at the Headquarters. The agenda shall be as follows:
a) Evaluation of FY 2023 Work and Financial Plan and Accomplishment.
b.) Calendar of Activities for FY 2024
c.) Strategic Planning and clustering of the Operations Committee for Sinulog 2024 at Santo Tomas de Villanueva Parish and San Vicente de Paul.
d.) Election and Appointment of Cluster Finance Heads among the Membership Committee members.
e.) Pre-Work for the First GMM 2024.
f.) Preparation for the Oath-taking of All Chapter Officers and Planning Sessions during the NBOT Meeting at Cagayan de Oro City on January 27, 2024

There will be a GMM on February 3, 2024 at the DPWH Multi-Purpose Hall. The Bislig City Chief of Police shall be attending. Hence, all 10-41s are enjoined to attend. We are expecting at least 90 attendees out of the 200 active members of CLEAN, Inc. The Awards Committee (Execom + Membership + Operations) shall give high criteria for this attendance for the most active 1041. Thank you.
