of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Cleaner Zero mobile application (the "App") provided by PEU SX S.R.L. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using Cleaner Zero, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the App.
Cleaner Zero is a mobile utility application designed to help users manage and clean content on their iOS devices.
Depending on the version of the App and your subscription, available functionality may include:
Duplicate photo detection;
Blurry and potentially unwanted photo detection;
Duplicate video detection;
Photo and video cleaning;
File management;
Secret Folder;
Internet Speed Test;
Speaker Cleaning;
Other cleaning and device utility features that may be introduced in future versions.
Features may vary depending on your device, iOS version, subscription, and App version.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.
If you use Cleaner Zero on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
Certain features of Cleaner Zero may require a paid subscription.
Subscription options, prices, billing periods, and available features are displayed in the App before purchase.
Your subscription is purchased through Apple's App Store and is subject to Apple's applicable payment and subscription rules.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each subscription period.
Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal according to the subscription terms displayed at the time of purchase.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account and the App Store settings.
To avoid being charged for the next subscription period, you must cancel the subscription before the current subscription period ends in accordance with Apple's subscription management rules.
Deleting the App does not necessarily cancel an active subscription.
If Cleaner Zero offers a free trial, the applicable trial period and conditions will be shown before you start the trial.
Unless otherwise stated, if you do not cancel the subscription before the end of the applicable trial period, the subscription may automatically convert into a paid subscription and your Apple Account may be charged.
All payments for subscriptions or other purchases made through the App Store are processed by Apple.
Refund requests are subject to Apple's applicable refund policies and procedures.
The Company does not control Apple's payment processing systems or Apple's refund decisions.
Some Cleaner Zero features require access to device functions or content.
For example, the App may request access to:
Photos and videos;
Files;
Other device functionality necessary for specific features.
You may refuse or revoke permissions through your iOS settings. However, refusing required permissions may prevent certain features from functioning correctly.
You are responsible for reviewing content before deleting or moving it.
Cleaner Zero may identify photos, videos, or files as duplicates, blurry, unwanted, or otherwise suitable for cleaning. Automated identification may not always be accurate.
You are solely responsible for confirming which content you want to delete before completing a deletion action.
The Company is not responsible for loss of content resulting from a user's intentional deletion, removal, or other actions taken through the App.
We recommend maintaining appropriate backups of important files and personal content.
The Secret Folder is provided as a convenience feature for storing selected content inside the App.
You are responsible for:
The content you store;
Maintaining access to your device;
Protecting your device and account credentials;
Understanding the limitations of the feature.
The Secret Folder should not be considered a substitute for a professional encrypted storage or backup service.
Internet Speed Test results are estimates of network performance at the time and location of testing.
Results may vary depending on:
Internet service provider;
Network congestion;
Wi-Fi or cellular connection;
Device performance;
Test server location;
Other network conditions.
Cleaner Zero does not guarantee any specific internet speed or network performance.
The Speaker Cleaning feature is designed to generate audio frequencies that may assist in removing moisture or debris from a device speaker.
Results may vary depending on the device, condition of the speaker, and other circumstances.
The feature does not guarantee that a speaker will be repaired or restored to its original condition.
Do not use the App as a substitute for professional repair when your device is damaged or malfunctioning.
Subject to these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Cleaner Zero for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the App;
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code;
Circumvent security or subscription mechanisms;
Sell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise transfer access to the App;
Use the App for unlawful purposes;
Interfere with the operation or security of the App.
Cleaner Zero, including its software, design, interface, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to PEU SX S.R.L. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
You retain ownership of your photos, videos, files, and other personal content that you use with Cleaner Zero.
You grant the Company only the rights reasonably necessary to provide the functionality of the App when you choose to use those features.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to any content you store, process, or otherwise use through Cleaner Zero.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue some or all features of Cleaner Zero at any time.
We may release updates that change the functionality, design, requirements, or availability of the App.
We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely.
Cleaner Zero is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will always be available;
The App will operate without interruption or errors;
Every duplicate or unwanted file will be identified;
Every cleaning recommendation will be accurate;
Internet speed measurements will be exact;
Speaker cleaning will resolve a particular device problem;
The App will be compatible with every device or iOS version.
You use the App at your own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PEU SX S.R.L. and its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Cleaner Zero.
This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of files, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or device damage, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless PEU SX S.R.L. from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
You may stop using Cleaner Zero at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you materially violate these Terms or use the App in a way that may harm the Company, other users, or the App.
Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund of subscription fees already paid, except where required by applicable law or Apple's applicable refund policies.
Cleaner Zero may interact with Apple services and other third-party technologies necessary to provide certain functionality.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services that are outside our control.
If you downloaded Cleaner Zero through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and PEU SX S.R.L., not Apple.
Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support services for the App.
Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, regulatory compliance claims, or intellectual property claims, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
Your use of the App must also comply with the applicable App Store Terms and Conditions.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date at the beginning of these Terms.
Your continued use of Cleaner Zero after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to PEU SX S.R.L., unless applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country or place of residence.
