By using Cleaner Zero, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Cleaner Zero provides device cleaning, file management, privacy, and utility features. Depending on the features you use, the App may process the following information:
When you grant Cleaner Zero access to your Photos library, the App may access photos and videos stored on your device in order to:
Identify duplicate photos;
Identify blurry or potentially unwanted photos;
Identify duplicate videos;
Help you review and remove selected photos and videos;
Provide photo and video cleaning functionality.
Photos and videos are accessed only to provide the functionality requested by you.
When you use the file management features, Cleaner Zero may access files that you explicitly make available to the App through Apple's file system interfaces.
The App uses this access to provide file management and cleaning functionality.
Cleaner Zero provides a Secret Folder feature that allows you to store selected content within the App.
Content placed in the Secret Folder is processed for the purpose of providing this functionality. You are responsible for the content you choose to store in the Secret Folder and for maintaining access to your device and App.
When you use the Internet Speed Test feature, the App may communicate with test servers to measure your internet connection performance.
This may involve transmitting technical network information necessary to perform the test, such as connection and network performance data.
When you use the Speaker Cleaning feature, the App may generate audio frequencies through your device's speaker for the purpose of assisting with speaker cleaning.
The App does not need access to your personal photos, contacts, messages, or other unrelated personal information to provide this feature.
Cleaner Zero does not require access to your contacts, messages, call history, or microphone for its core cleaning functionality.
The App only requests permissions that are necessary for features you choose to use.
We may process information to:
Provide and operate Cleaner Zero;
Identify duplicate, blurry, or unwanted media;
Provide file management functionality;
Provide the Secret Folder feature;
Perform internet speed tests;
Provide speaker cleaning functionality;
Maintain and improve the App;
Detect, prevent, and address technical problems;
Provide customer support;
Comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not use your personal content for purposes unrelated to providing the functionality of the App.
Your photos, videos, and files may contain personal information.
Cleaner Zero accesses such content only after you grant the relevant permission or explicitly select content for use within the App.
You remain in control of your personal content. Deleting a photo or video through Cleaner Zero may result in the content being moved to or removed according to Apple's Photos and system behavior.
We recommend reviewing the deletion confirmation screens carefully before permanently removing content.
Cleaner Zero is offered as a paid application and may provide access to certain functionality through subscriptions.
Subscriptions and payments are processed through Apple's App Store and Apple's payment infrastructure. We do not directly receive or store your full payment card information.
Apple may process information associated with your purchase, subscription, Apple Account, and payment according to Apple's own privacy policies and terms.
We may receive limited technical information necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the App.
Such information may include information such as:
App version;
Device type and operating system version;
Technical diagnostics;
Crash information;
General usage information related to App functionality.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information that is not necessary to provide the App's functionality.
Cleaner Zero may rely on Apple services and infrastructure required to distribute the App, process subscriptions, manage permissions, and provide certain device functionality.
Third-party services may process information according to their own privacy policies.
We recommend reviewing Apple's applicable privacy documentation for information about Apple's processing of App Store purchases, device permissions, and related services.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed through Cleaner Zero.
However, no electronic storage system or method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, maintain our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Personal content processed by Cleaner Zero is handled according to the functionality you use and the permissions you provide.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:
Request access to personal information we may hold about you;
Request correction of inaccurate information;
Request deletion of personal information where applicable;
Object to or restrict certain processing;
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
